Online therapy for adults who are tired of performing their worth, running from what happened to them, or doing everything right and still feeling like something is missing. You can get to the other side of this. This is where that starts.

Fully virtual sessions from wherever you are. Currently licensed in AZ, TX, FL, KS, UT, NC, SC, MA, VA, NJ, PA.
Most major commercial insurance plans are welcome. Getting real support should not come down to what you can afford out of pocket.
Eleven years of experience working specifically with trauma, OCD, and shame-rooted patterns using tools like EMDR, ERP & CBT.
It can feel exhausting always saying yes when you mean no. The thoughts that loop at 2am. The way your past still shows up in moments you did not expect. Or the quieter ache of not knowing who you are outside of what you do for everyone else. Whatever brought you here, you do not have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to start. That is enough.
You will start understanding why you often find yourself in the same patterns, and that insight alone can transform everything.
You will stop living like rest, boundaries, and your own needs are things you have to earn and be able to take time without feeling guilty about it.
You will have one consistent person who actually knows you because healing how you see yourself cannot happen in pieces with someone new every few months.
Whether you are carrying old trauma, stuck in cycles of anxiety and OCD, or exhausted from always putting everyone else first, the work starts with understanding your full story.
For nearly 11 years, Donna has sat with people through their hardest, most honest moments. What she has found is that the people who feel the most broken are almost never broken at all. They are exhausted. And they deserve someone who knows the difference.
I came to this work because of my own hard chapters. The kind that leave you questioning who you are and whether things can actually be different. They can. I know that because I have lived it, and I have spent nearly 11 years helping other people find their way to the same thing. My clients describe me as relatable, and I think that is because I am not performing this. I am genuinely invested in you, your story, your pace, and the version of yourself that is waiting on the other side of this work.
People leave this process being able to say no without the guilt that used to follow it. They stop avoiding the things that kept them frozen. They rest without earning it first. That is not a promise of perfection. It is what happens when someone finally feels safe enough to do the real work.
There is not a version of your story that will make me flinch, close off, or pull back. Whatever you have been afraid to say out loud, there is space for it here.
When something needs to be named, it will be spoken with care and without cruelty. The goal is not to make you feel good for an hour. The goal is to help you truly change.
Before any technique, framework, or homework, we build safety. Healing that actually lasts does not happen in isolation. It happens in the presence of someone who genuinely knows you.
In our first few sessions, I’ll gently focus on building our connection. I want to understand who you are, the experiences you’ve been through, and what has or hasn’t helped you before.
Here we begin to notice the patterns, the roots, and the quiet forces that have been guiding you. You will start to see yourself and your story in a new light. This shift means more than expected.
You begin to say no, and truly mean it. You let go of the things that once froze you. You allow yourself to rest without feeling you have to earn it first. You get to be authentically you.
Yes. I am in-network with most major commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, and Quest Behavioral Health. I also work with Lyra EAP. Coverage varies by plan so I always recommend calling your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits before we get started.
I am going to be honest with you — I do not give timelines because I genuinely cannot predict them. Every person who walks in brings a different depth of history and that shapes everything. What I can tell you is that the first sessions are about building our relationship and understanding your full story. From there we move at a pace that actually works for you. Most of my clients meet every two weeks. The work takes the time it takes and in my experience that time is always worth it.
For the kind of work I do, yes. Many of my clients actually find it easier to open up from somewhere they already feel comfortable. EMDR and ERP are both well researched in virtual settings and I have seen real, meaningful progress happen fully online. The platform is not what makes therapy work. The relationship does.
I hear this a lot and I take it seriously. A few things I do differently. I do not rush into the deep work before we have built trust because I have found that without trust you cannot get anywhere real. I also use EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention alongside our conversations which means we are not just talking about what happened. We are actually changing how it lives in you. And I work specifically with shame rooted patterns which a lot of generalist therapists are not trained to fully address
That is more common than you think. Most people who reach out to me do not have the words yet and that is completely okay. You do not need to have anything figured out before our first session. You just have to show up. I will ask the questions and we will find our way into it together. Nothing you share is going to shock me or make me pull back. I promise you that.
I do not. I work exclusively with individual adults ages 20 and older. That said, relationships and family dynamics come up constantly in sessions and that is completely welcome. I just work with you as the individual rather than taking on the relationship as the client.
I am currently licensed to see clients via telehealth in AZ, TX, FL, KS, UT, NC, SC, MA, VA, NJ and PA.
