Hi, I'm Donna.

Hello there! My name is Donna Wittrig, owner of Serenity’s Journey in Tucson, Arizona. I’ve been working with individuals, including adults (of all ages) and adolescents (aged 16 and above), in a behavioral health agency setting for more than 9 years. Prior to that, I worked with children in caregiving and educator roles.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and general dissatisfaction in life. I take an eclectic approach, and I meet with clients where they are.

As a therapist, I strive to support each client with the highest level of compassion, guidance, active listening, validation, and level of ethics and integrity. I’ll do this by using my years of experience working in behavioral health, clinical mental health, and education. I’ll also apply what I learned from being a mother.

I’m dedicated to providing people with a safe and nonjudgmental space that will be the catalyst to begin connection, healing, and growth. I’ll join my clients on their journey, and I’ll be their companion as they walk toward their counseling goals!
